Notice Description
Development of Rock House into a 4 bedroom post 16 residential provision to support the council's Looked After Children strategy. The works to comprise of the creation of four self-contained studio flats, each with ensuite shower/WC and kitchenette and a staffed area including sleep-in room, office, WC/shower, laundry, plant and storage, plus a modest communal lounge/activity space and circulation.
