                    "rationale": "Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: Digital Winter Budget 2025 planning has provided funding to allow D&A to provide enhanced MI support through Fabric (Power BI Premium) and AI capabilities that provide efficiency savings and align to the One Big Thing initiative 2025. <br/>DWP MI has the first primary use case for Fabric (Power BI Premium), so it's deemed appropriate to implement the service for DWP<br/>There are already a growing number of teams requiring a Fabric workspace, which are being set up on a tactic basis.
