ANDBC Tender for the Provision of Printing Services
Notice Description
Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the provision of printing services. The tender is split into 3 Lots: Lot 1 - Lithographic Print, Lot 2 - 48 Sheet Production Billboards, Adshel and Solus Rears, Lot 3 - Pull Up Stands, A1 Posters (Paper, Corrugated Plastic and PVC Foam Board) and PVC Banners. Please see Document A - Invitation to Tender for further details of this requirement.
Lot Information
Lithographic Print
The Council has a wide and varied range of lithographic print requirements. These include, but are not limited to, booklets, newsletters, letterhead, folders and business cards. Please see Document A - Invitation to Tender for full details of the requirement for this Lot.
Renewal: The Contract start date is anticipated to be 1 May 2026 for an initial period of 2 years, with the option of 3x 1 year extension periods, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement by both parties.
48 Sheet Production Billboards, Adshel and Solus RearsThe Council requires 48 sheet production billboards, Adshel 6 sheet production and solus rears. Please see Document A - Invitation to Tender for full details of the requirement for this Lot.
