The Service will deliver a consistent, easy-to-use digital workplace for staff wherever they are working, helping them use digital tools confidently and effectively, and supporting engagement and flexible working through a modern, consumer-style digital environment. The service will be delivered and operated in line with recognised industry best practice, to provide seamless, secure and future-ready IT services that empower HM Treasury and its ALBs to focus on public value.

Planning Information

The Buyer would like to obtain feedback from the market on the proposed procurement of End User Computing (EUC) services. Market engagement activities: *A hybrid (in-person and MS Teams) session will be held on Wednesday 21st January 2026 between 11-1pm at 1 Horse Guards Road, London, SW1A 2HQ. Physical attendance is limited to two attendees per supplier. If interested in attending and are on Lot 3 of TS4, please email the point of contact with the name, job title and email address of up to two attendees. *Clarification Questions can be submitted via provided engagement platform (which will be shared during the session) which will close by 4pm Friday 23rd January 2026. *Session slides, recording and responses to clarification questions will be sent to all Supplier on Lot 3 of TS4.
