Scope of Works: The project will deliver new heat meters and a centralised M-bus data collection system at both locations, supporting accurate energy monitoring and billing. Procurement Approach: Both schemes will be tendered as a single procurement exercise to maximise efficiency and value for money. The Council will seek a contractor to deliver both elements under one contract. This pipeline notice is for information only.
