This element of The Service includes: desktop triage (administrative and clinical triage), assessment and treatment according to pathways/guidance within The Service, or onward referral to Hospital Eye Services (HES)/other provider for patients' ongoing treatment needs.<br/><br/>* A virtual triage service for the High Peak and Glossop areas - no specific base is required as this is a virtual service. This element of the service includes: desktop (virtual administrative and clinical) triage and onward referral to commissioned community providers for assessment, and treatment or onward referral to HES/other provider for patients' ongoing treatment needs.<br/><br/>The contract will commence 2nd November 2026 for an initial term of 3 years and 5 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 1 year and 7 months. It is important to note that this procurement includes an affordability threshold. Any bids exceeding the thresholds will be disqualified from the process.
