To direct award a contract to Facultatieve Technologies Limited for the provision of service, repair and maintenance of crematoria equipment based at Hull Crematorium, Chanterlands Avenue though YPO III Crematoria Solutions at an estimated cost of PS213,423 (comprising PS87,423 annual service and refractory works (planned relines of 2 cremators at estimated PS63,000 each)).
Procurement Information
Facultatieve Technologies Limited has installed the Cremator which is subject to a system which they own the intellectual property. The Council must enter contract with a Supplier who can maintain the system, however due to the intellectual property rights that Faculatieve Technologies has, there is no alternative provider.
