Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA)(the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group, have awarded a contract to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited for the development of a feasibility study for the decarbonisation of the rail network in the Tees Valley. The commencement date of this contract was 1st March 2026, however there has been a delay with signing due to resource. The contract was signed on 1st April 2026.
