Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide Construction Project Management Consultancy Services. Development Phase (RIBA 2-3) will run from the consultant's appointment to December 2026. Delivery Phase (RIBA 4-6) is anticipated to run from Spring 2028 to end 2031 (incl. defects rectification). This appointment includes a break clause; continuation to the Delivery Phase will depend on performance, obtaining all required permissions and consents, and a successful Round 2 pass.",
