NHSE1097 - Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project - MSP
Notice Description
It is the intention to award contracts under the Most Suitable Provider Process for the provision of Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project to enhance Routine Childhood Immunisation uptake for 0-5 years in the following areas: * Lot 1 - North East Lincolnshire * Lot 2 - Hull and East Riding * Lot 3 - Somerset. The Health and Social Care Act 2012 set out a Local Authority's statutory responsibility for commissioning public health services for children and young people aged 0 to 19 years, this includes the requirement for Local Authority's to commission 0 to 5 years Health Visitor Services. In order to deliver the Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project, the MSPs MUST hold a current and valid commissioned Health Visitor Service Contract with the Local Authority within the designated lots/localities for which they are expressing an interest in. All potential providers who do not meet this requirement will immediately FAIL the MSP process assessment and will be excluded from any further assessment. MSP's have been identified under the PSR 2023, MSP process for the provision of Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project to enhance Routine Childhood Immunisation uptake for 0-5 years and the MSP's will be required to accept the terms and conditions and be compliant with the requirements of the NHS Standard Contract 2025_26 (or any edition or any subsequent revisions).
