    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 10th September 2025 . This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR<br/>An assessment of the current service provision and current provider in line with the PSR to evidence that the provider is judged to be satisfying the existing contract to a sufficient standard, is judged to be able to satisfy the new contract to a sufficient standard and to satisfy the basic selection criteria.<br/><br/>The table below show the details of the weightings used to evaluate the current and likely future performance of the current provider<br/><br/>Criterion Weighting<br/>Quality and innovation 40%<br/>Value 20%<br/>Integration, Collaboration and service sustainability 20%<br/>Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice 10%<br/>Social Value 10%<br/>The procurement department is satisfied that the considerable change threshold in which PSR Process C can be used has not been met.<br/><br/>The new contract is identical in nature and the change in value between the existing and proposed new contracts does not equal or exceed 25% of the lifetime value of the existing contract.",
