By submitting a completed SPD, Operators are confirming that they are able to provide the Transport Services referred to in this notice. SPT reserve the right to change the Technical and Commercial weightings and questions at any point during the term of the DPS. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this PQQ exercise. The Project code is 6862.
