Direct Award via YPO 001204PPE Workwear, Uniform and Managed Services Direct award Justification, recently purchased Safariland plates have warranty until 2033, so provision needs to be in place until that time for any replacement covers required. There needs to be acknowledgement that we have many Safariland armours being worn and held as stock uniform so there will need to be a contract with Safariland to cater for stock in hand with the expiry dates moving with every subsequent order.
