This is a high value quotation exercise to procure sweeper brushes that are used by Birmingham City Council to equip mechanical road sweepers. The submission deadline for this procurement exercise is: 12pm 18/02/2026. To participate in this procurement please use the e-procurement portal Intend. Registration and use of Intend is free. If you are unable to register with Intend please email: cps@birmingham.gov.uk. Please use Intend's project correspondence function to ask any clarification questions you have. Intend can be accessed using this link https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc. The deadline to submit a clarification question is: 11/02/2026. We will aim to submit a response to all clarification questions by: 5pm 13/02/2026. A clarification tracker will be published throughout the tender process which will contain all clarification questions asked by suppliers (anonymised) and all answers provided to these questions by the Council.
