Notice Description
This Invitation to Tender is for the supply and delivery of general building materials to support both reactive maintenance and planned works across the Bolton at Home Group. The appointed supplier will be required to supply and deliver materials on an as needed basis to both tenanted and untenanted properties. It is anticipated that approximately four to five deliveries per week will be required.

It is issued to inform the market of an upcoming procurement opportunity for the supply and delivery of general building materials to various properties and sites, as required, on behalf of the Bolton at Home Group. We are preparing to commence a procurement process to source general building materials to support our stores function, as well as our responsive and planned repairs teams. Participation or non participation in this market engagement exercise will not affect any supplier's ability to take part in any future procurement process.
