This risk can be managed by adherence to the annual audit timetable as agreed between Greatwell Homes and the Auditor. There is a risk that changes to recommended practice and audit directives are not incorporated into the financial statements. There is a reliance on the appointed Auditor to support Greatwell Homes to manage this risk."
