Notice Description
Service requires delivering Initial Health Assessments (IHAs) for children and young people entering the care of Barnet Council. The service would provide comprehensive medical assessments within 28 calendar days of a child becoming looked after, producing health reports and Health Care Plans that support statutory care planning, holistic clinical consultations, identifying urgent or emerging health needs, ensuring safeguarding concerns are escalated immediately, and submitting typed assessment reports within six days of completion.

"This notice relates to Service requires delivering Initial Health Assessments (IHAs) for children and young people entering the care of Barnet Council. The service would provide comprehensive medical assessments within 28 calendar days of a child becoming looked after, producing health reports and Health Care Plans that support statutory care planning, holistic clinical consultations, identifying urgent or emerging health needs, ensuring safeguarding concerns are escalated immediately, and submitting typed assessment reports within six days of completion.
This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C.
The annual value of the contract is PS43,285.00
The lifetime value of the contract is PS216,425.00
The expiring contract ends 31/03/2026
The contract term will be 3 Years with 2 Year Option to Extend
The contract will start 01/04/2026 and end 31/03/2028"
