The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 23rd February 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Award decisions have been recommended by Devon County Council's Public Health Commissioning team, with key decision makers being: Richard Merrifield - Senior Commissioning Manager Finance and Public Value Leadership Team There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision. The key criteria that was used for selection was: 1. Quality and innovation; 2. Value; 3. Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability; 4. Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice; 5. Social Value After carrying out the assessment, the Authority is satisfied that the existing provider is both: Satisfying the existing contract to a sufficient standard, according to the detail outlined in the existing contract, and taking into account the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria.
