Summary of the contracting process

The London Procurement Partnership (LPP) is seeking to enhance its Estates & Facilities Consultancy Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with additional service categories. As of 11th February 2026, this procurement process, categorised under services, involves architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services, with the DPS extended until 23rd June 2028. The procurement is currently in the tender update stage, allowing new suppliers to join at any time throughout its duration. The contracting authority invites applications from experienced consultancy providers to service health and public sector organisations across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, focusing on categories such as energy efficiency, security systems, and real estate advisory services. The initiative is under the legal framework of CELEX 32014L0024 and promotes an open competitive environment with unlimited supplier participation per category.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in consultancy services, particularly in the health and public sector domains. Companies involved in areas such as architectural services, facilities management, and energy consultancy stand to benefit considerably. The DPS encourages participation across various geographic regions within the UK, expanding the scope for local and nationwide service delivery. It thereby opens avenues for small and medium-sized businesses to secure ongoing and diverse project work through mini-competitions, alongside large-scale enterprises capable of providing multifaceted consultancy services. Establishing a presence within this DPS can propel business growth by engaging with multiple contracting authorities across various sectors, fostering both long-term partnerships and immediate project engagements.
