Notice Description
Develop and implement IT Project Services framework to rationalise and modernise WWU's software, applications and infrastructure to enhance the customer experience and to enable WWU to: * Engage the most suitable supplier for each IT project as simply and quickly as possible. * Identify project delivery process areas which can be optimised to reduce cost and time. * Remove/minimise technical debt. * Modernise and optimise existing services (software/apps, infrastructure and hardware). * Provide training and awareness programmes for staff. * Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Planning Information
Wales and West Utilities are in the early stages of developing a tender pack to take to market for the provision of IT Project and Transformation Services. We are seeking supplier input on proposed lotting structures for the proposed frameworks . Supplier responses will help us understand the UK market's capacity and preferences regarding the scope and delivery model for various IT services.
