The NHS Diabetes Programme is jointly delivered with Diabetes UK. Diabetes UK, the leading charity for those living with diabetes, provides subject matter expertise and the patient voice and has been part of the programme since it was launched 5 years ago. NOTE: Actual start date of this contract is 05/09/2025. An issue with the FTS Notice does not allow a start date to be added retrospectively.",
