NHS GM ICB is currently developing their service specification and contracting process for the Provision of Adult ADHD Triage Hub. This Market Engagement Questionnaire seeks the views and opinions of stakeholders and organisations that may be interested in delivering the Service. This exercise and any subsequent responses are in no way legally binding on any party. Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will assist to inform GM ICB as to the level of interest from the market and may be used to evidence the most appropriate procurement route. The Market Engagement Questionnaire and current draft Service Specification can be downloaded from the SAP Ariba Portal reference Doc2948486384 at the below link: https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard/public/appext/comsapsbncdiscoveryui#/RfxEvent/preview/1110005108?anId=ANONYMOUS Please return your completed MEQ through the SAP Ariba Portal by no later than 12 noon Friday 27 February 2026. Additional information: Procurement for the Provision of for Adult ADHD Triage Hub in Greater Manchester described in this questionnaire and the draft specification, relates to GM ICB's intention to establish a contract agreement for up to two years with the possibility of an option to extend, at the Relevant Authority's discretion, for an additional one year with an indicative overall total contract value of between PS1.8 million and PS2 million for the two years of contract and between PS900,000 and PS1 million for the one year extension.
