The service will provide assessment, prescription, provision, adjustment, maintenance and review of wheelchairs and associated postural seating equipment for children, young people and adults with long-term mobility and postural needs. The service supports individuals whose mobility limitations impact independence, safety, participation in education or employment, and ability to remain living at home.
