The execution of the programme will allow the delivery of the RIS 2 Business Plan within an acceptable risk envelope. This is a highly complex programme that will require an intense level of meticulous detail to be understood and discovered to ensure the programme is set up for success. This can and will only be extended for a further 12 months, with the exit plan being to procure replacement capability/managed service contracts.",
