Notice Description

This notice is published in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The Contracting Authority hereby gives notice of its intention to use the Most Suitable Provider Process to arrange the provision of the relevant health care services. The Contracting Authority intends to identify the most suitable provider by assessing potential providers against the PSR key criteria, including: * Quality and innovation, * Value, * Integration, collaboration and service sustainability, * Access, reducing inequalities and patient choice, * Social value. CPV Code: 85323000 Community Health Services Contract title: Psychological Support to VCS Organisations LPT were looking for a provider to supply counselling Services in relation to staff working within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland VCS organisations. To provide the following requirements: * 1:1 Counselling, up to 4 sessions per client * Workforce Support Group: Approx 2 hour Support Group or Drop-in session * Manager Support Group: Approx 2 hour Support Group or Drop-in session LPT has considered the requirement to ensure that commissioned counselling services are capable of delivering high quality, safe and effective care. The proposed counselling service model provides evidence based interventions delivered by qualified practitioners, with routine outcome monitoring and feedback mechanisms to maintain high service standards. Plus Representatives from the Better Mental Health for All Steering group - which is made up of leads from various VCS organisations across LLR.
