Marine Directorate require access to digital television to keep our vessels abreast of ongoing new stories which provides operational intelligence when dealing with marine issues. The provision of this service also fulfils obligations under Maritime Labour Convention which requires shipowners to provide a certain level of welfare and recreational facilities on board meet the special needs of seafarers who must live and work on ships.
