The objective is to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidance, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002, HSE Approved Code of Practice (ACoP L8), and HSG274 Parts 1-3. The contractor shall also be required to provide chemical dosing services for closed-loop water systems, including low-temperature hot water (LTHW), medium-temperature hot water (MTHW), and chilled water (CHW) systems.
