Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust (BWCNFT) encompasses Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Birmingham Women's Hospital. <br/>BWCNFT receives 641,000 visits from patients each year and has a workforce of 6,000 staff. <br/>BWCNFT is a tertiary specialist unit providing the UK some of the most advanced treatments, complex surgical procedures and cutting-edge research, to improve care today and develop even better care for the future.<br/>BWCNFT also includes Parkview clinic, one of the largest Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in the country, with a dedicated inpatient Eating Disorder Unit and Acute Assessment Unit for regional referrals of children and young people who require an inpatient admission to treat their ongoing mental health (Tier 4).<br/>This service specification is inclusive of BWCNFT inpatients who had a diagnosed learning disability and/or are autistic.

BWCNFT also includes Parkview clinic, one of the largest Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in the country, with a dedicated inpatient Eating Disorder Unit and Acute Assessment Unit for regional referrals of children and young people who require an inpatient admission to treat their ongoing mental health (Tier 4).
This service specification is inclusive of BWCNFT inpatients who had a diagnosed learning disability and/or are autistic.

The incumbent is fully mobilised, clinically embedded, and able to maintain seamless service delivery without interruption.<br/><br/>This award is strictly necessary and proportionate to safeguard patient safety and maintain operational continuity while longer-term arrangements are progressed in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime.
