The purpose of the service is to provide a single point of entry for triaging of referrals for support for C&YP's emotional wellbeing and mental health needs. It will be open to all C&YP aged 0-18yrs and resident across LLR registered with an LLR GP.

The service will triage referrals from Primary care and other professionals as well as those via an online self-referral ensuring that C&YP are signposted or referred to the most appropriate services for their needs in a safe and timely manner. Aims and objectives of the Service: * Capacity to triage approximately 750 C&YP each month. * Capacity to triage approximately 100 C&YP each month via the online self-referral. * Increase the number of C&YP accessing emotional, mental health and wellbeing services at an appropriate level to meet their needs. * Increase the number of C&YP, families and carers to access the right care, in the right place at the right time, leading to improved patient experiences and outcomes. * Reduce waiting times to both assessment and treatment through improved referral management. * Provide an integrated self-referral route. * Provide improved equity of access and a reduction in variation, allowing the provider to mobilise the transfer of users from one service to another. NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Procurement Unit are issuing this Prior Information Notice on behalf of NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board (ICB) who are seeking initial engagement and feedback from the market to establish potential interest to deliver the Children and Young People's Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Referral Navigation Services in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. The notice has been issued subject to The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 for the Procurement of Healthcare Services, to establish market interest in the services here described. This is to develop and update the ICB's landscape knowledge of potential suitable providers and an understanding of their ability to deliver these services. The ICB has not made any decisions with regards to which PSR process to follow in accordance with PSR at this time, and is looking for responses that may guide their decision-making in this regard for the future. Potentially interested parties are invited to respond to the questions within Atamis project C420980 to express an interest and to give feedback on the specification enclosed with this early supplier involvement advertisement.
