REACT is a specialised case management system used to track and resolve all forms of community safety issues such as ASB, ASB case reviews and nuisance related issues reported by residents. The case management system can store reports made by residents, workflows, investigation, letters, emails and evidence submitted by complainants of ASB and crime.
