The project is for: Replacing slate roof R2 rear pitch to the main building The scope of the work involves: *Strip off existing slate tile roof, reclaim min 50% and replace with new matching diminishing Welsh slate to rear R2 Main building roof *Remove and replace timber battens and felt *Repair/replace exiting chimney stacks *Repair/replace guttering and downpipes as specified *Replace/replace, treat existing roof timbers *Replace lead valleys and flashings
