These criteria are considered of equal importance to this service. The incumbent is currently meeting all contractual and legislative requirements for Community Dental Services for the cohort population.

Key criteria sere considered as below:

Quality and Innovation - Existing provider who is meeting all quality of care requirements. Experienced in delivery to allow continued reflection and improvements in service innovation. Integrated service as part of a wider trust which allows efficient referral and signposting to alternative services if required.

Value - On a block contract arrangement and managed within existing budget allocation.

Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability - Through a integrated care pathway there is continued access to the service to a vulnerable cohort of patients.

Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice - This is a referral service to deliver treatment to patients. The experienced provider has measures in place to address patients subject to digital exclusion and the location of the service is not only well known by being placed in a hospital along with strong transport links, but also has substantial provision to access in terms on patients with mobility needs.

Social Value - strong transport links with good connectivity which will reduce journey frequency and times. Provider is able to manage patients both holistically and clinically to address multiple neds and reduce the need for multiple appointments and therefore journeys made. Provider is a Hospital Trust with strong \"inclusive and good\" employment practices.

The assessment against each criterion was undertaken based on the current service delivery
model and performance. The supplier meets all the requirements specified to the
satisfaction of the Commissioner, and it is expected that they will satisfy the requirements of
the new contract going forwards.",
