    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day of the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 20 March 2026. This contract has not yet been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR 2023 Direct Award C. The proposed Contract Award has been approved by the London Borough of Camden on 3 March 2026. There were no Conflict of Interest identified among the officer involved in the procurement process. In accordance with PSR 2023 Direct Award C, thorough assessment of the three providers was undertaken against the following Key Criteria: 1. Quality and innovation. 2. Integration, collaboration and service sustainability. 3. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 4. Social Value 5 Value The results of the assessment showed the three providers are satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to sufficient standard.",
