Procurement Information

Npower is the contracting authority's incumbent supplier of electricity across the SWR estate. The electricity supply arrangement was originally procured by the former owning group of SWR and remained in place until 30 September 2025. Following SWR's transfer to public ownership, SWR was required to enter into its own contractual arrangements and could not continue to rely on the group contract previously in place.
