Notice Description
The Assisted Reproduction Techniques (ART) / In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) Service delivers ART interventions such as; Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Donor Insemination (DI) Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) for the registered GP practice population of East Riding of Yorkshire, Hull and Scarborough and surrounding area populations. The service will be delivered in line with ICB policies, national guidance and good practice for Assisted Reproductive Techniques.

Approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS3,217,725 Contract term - 01/04/2026 - 31/03/2029

The criteria applied to this intention to award was: Basic Selection Criteria - Mandatory and Discretionary Grounds - Suitability to pursue activity - Technical and Professional Ability Key Criteria Quality - 30% Quality weighting represents the core purpose of the service - delivering safe, effective, patient centred care. The weighting reflects the need to ensure clinical governance and quality outcomes aligned to compliance with licencing requirement and clinical guidance are appropriately factored into the service delivery model requirements. Innovation - 10% Innovation weighting reflects a proportionate assessment for the service provision, without compromising on quality and delivery of safe care. Value - 15% Value weighting recognises the need for service efficiency and cost effectiveness, balancing this against the service not becoming cost driven. Integration, collaboration and service sustainability - 15% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability weighting reflects the need for effective collaboration within the wider health and care system for delivery of seamless care between services.
