Reprovision of the GP support subcontract with a new 2-year contract, with the inclusion of a possible 1-year extension.
As a locked rehab unit, looking after people who would in other circumstances be reside in external placements 78 Crawley Road patients are not fully able to access primary care services The 78CR Service requires the continued input of the GP practice and although they are planning a review of the overall provision this will not happen in time for the contract expiry. To prevent a gap in provision the contract is desired to be extended. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the procurement regulations 2024 do not apply to this award.
