The award decision makers are the Divisional Operations Director and the Hospital Management Group. There are no conflicts of interest. The decision has been made because the Contractor has performed well and it is believed that they will continue to do so, they have met KPI's and it is felt that it is in the best interest of continuity and safety to patients that the contract is renewed with this contractor.",
