The ICB assessed the provider's current performance and ability to continue to provide the service. Assessment criteria included quality, innovation, value, integration, collaboration, service sustainability, improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice, social value. Following this assessment it was concluded that the existing Provider will be able to fulfil the requirements to continue delivery of the service.",
