Lot Information
Lot 1
Our vision is to create a fully branded, inclusive, and functional workwear and PPE solution that unites every colleague across our organisation reflecting who we are, what we stand for, and the pride we take in serving our communities. We will deliver a modern, high-quality uniform range designed from the ground up to support the unique needs of our operational, maritime, port, and shore-based teams. Rooted in the heritage of Caledonian MacBrayne and our communities, our workwear will combine safety, comfort, durability, and unmistakable brand identity in every garment. Our ambition is to implement a workwear solution that is accessible, and inclusive for all colleagues, incorporating maternity options, religious considerations, gender-appropriate fits, and consistent sizing standards. Through clear uniform standards, easy maintenance guidance, and from warehouse to home/work distribution processes, we will set and uphold a new standard for how our brand is worn and represented. Powered by digital self-service ordering tools, our workwear transformation will enhance operational efficiency, improve stock management, and allow us to scale sustainably. Cross-functional collaboration at the early stages will ensure that every voice is heard and every role is understood, creating a sense of ownership, pride, and confidence in the final solution. By learning from industry-leading transformations and working with expert partners, we will introduce a workwear range that not only serves practical needs but also strengthens culture, improves staff experience, and supports our organisation's evolution. This is more than new uniform, it's an opportunity to reinforce our brand, celebrate our heritage, empower our people, and deliver a workwear experience that is fit for the future.
