The Council intend to award the contract via the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 utilising Direct Award process C: NHS provider has been satisfying the outgoing contract and is likely to be able to satisfy the new contract in line with PSR Direct Award C. Unlikely that there are any other providers in the sector that could provide a comparable service.
