This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For clarity NHS Essex ICB is included as an associate commissioner within this arrangement to ensure funding flows are aligned to reflect boundary changes. The Essex ICB value is included as part of section II.1.7 total value of the procurement figure.
