Specific rules for care and support contracts under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015: For contracts or framework agreements with a value equal to or greater than 663,540 GBP, all of the 'light-touch' provisions (described in regulations 74-76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015) apply.
