The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt , the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by the providers must be made to decision makers by 6th April (midnight). Birju Vaja & Rob Melling - LPT, Rehana Sidat - CEO Jamila's Legacy. No conflict of interest were declared. Overall, Jamila's Legacy satisfies all baseline eligibility and suitability criteria and is fully capable of delivering the service under the proposed contract, under the PSR Regime and the 5 criterium which must be adhered too. Appropriate organisational governance, including safeguarding, data protection, information governance, and risk management processes in line with NHS and statutory requirements. Qualified and experienced staff, with relevant training in mental health support, trauma-informed practice, and work with vulnerable groups. Proven capability in delivering comparable services through the existing Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafe partnership, with evidence of positive outcomes and strong user engagement. Adequate capacity and infrastructure to continue delivering flexible online and telephone support, including secure communication systems and established referral pathways. Financial stability and transparent management processes appropriate for the scale of the contract. Compliance with all mandatory requirements, including insurance, DBS checks, safeguarding standards, equality and diversity commitments, and health and safety policies.",
