Summary of the contracting process

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group Limited, a sub-central government public authority based in Manchester, UK, is spearheading a procurement process to engage architectural services for the redevelopment of residential sites under the Wythenshawe Regeneration Programme. The current procurement stage is the active tender process, with key deadlines including the tender period ending on 2 June 2026 and the enquiry period closing on 20 May 2026. Businesses equipped with robust capacity, sector-specific knowledge, and a track record of handling similar sustainable development projects are well-suited to compete.
