Notice Description
North Tyneside Council requires the annual renewal of TheMusicLicence, issued by PPL PRS Ltd, which grants the legal right to play recorded music in public or on its premises. This licence is mandatory under UK Copyright Law, as PPL PRS Ltd holds the exclusive rights to collect royalties on behalf of performers and rights-holders.
