Management, oversight and provision of additional net zero standard related house designs, alongside architect support for Registered Social Landlord teams - bringing forward prototyping schemes.
Procurement Information
The supplier has worked on the low carbon pattern book previously, including work to align designs with the Welsh Development Quality Requirement (WDQR) and ensuring they are fully inclusive in terms of meeting residents accessibility requirements. Whilst the supplier does not hold the IPR or copyright over the designs previously developed, a change in supplier would result in a significant increase in cost and time due to commissioning knowledge, built trust with partnership members and key stakeholders and in sourcing suppliers.
