The Council intends to use a blended approach to market engagement for this exercise which involves: •opportunity to give feedback though an online survey (further information on the Council's e-tendering portal: https://yortender.eu-supply.com/ctm/Supplier/PublicPurchase/104240 ), and potential follow-up discussions with respondents. Providers can also ask us questions bout the upcoming opportunity using the messaging function in YORTender. •gauge the level of interest from potential providers who may wish to enter a contract to deliver services on behalf of the Council. •targeted conversations with any key stakeholders, including potential providers, to ensure we have collected a wide range of views.
