Notice Description

The Serious Fraud Office requires a new contract to be established following the expiry of the previous contract. Martello Expert Services provides independent expert witnesses, subject matter experts and a range of consulting services to the legal sector. Martello's services are required to continue to procure Doug Strong to provide assistance in connection with Commercial Court Proceedings. The contract has a maximum value of PS335,000 excluding VAT (PS402,000 including VAT). Justification for direct award: PA23, Part 3, Chapter 3, Section 41 of the Act. Section 41, Schedule 5, Paragraph 7:Additional or repeat goods, services or works andExtreme and unavoidable urgency, as per PA23 Schedule 5 S.13.
