The platform is locally configured to an ICB MSK pathway and is regularly updated. The App is designed to be given as part of routine care and has multiple layers of risk management. It provides safe self-management but will advise patients to seek help if needed. getUBetter provides personalised support that is responsive to how a patient is feeling and targeted to their recovery journey and lived experience. It enables patients to choose the right pathway for themselves and provide them with choice on how to self-manage their condition in relation to their local circumstances and environment. getUBetter has been approved for funding for 2 years.",

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Gloucestershire ICB are currently working together in a formal \"clustering\" arrangement to prepare for their merger into a single, new organisation (name to be confirmed), effective from 1st April 2027.",
