Notice Description

The Council is seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of a Nursing & Dementia Nursing Service and Hotel Service at Heathlands Care Centre Bidders are invited to tender for the service as set out in Schedule 1 of the Contract. The Contract will be for an initial term of 5 years (April 2027 - April 2032) with an option for the Council to extend for up to three further periods of 5 years each (April 2032 - April 2037, April 2037 - April 2042, April 2042 - April 2047), up to a total of 20 years. The total value of this opportunity is estimated to be PS57,193,215 before uplifts as defined in the terms and conditions based on the Councils' best and reasonable estimations, though this may vary in instances of a demand-based service. The new contract is anticipated to commence on 8th April 2027.
